Spiritual Bypassing
Spiritual bypassing is like painting over rust: it may look fine on the surface, but the corrosion continues underneath. True spirituality isn't an escape route from life's challenges or a licence to neglect responsibilities. It's a deep engagement with reality, in all its messiness.

Awareness
True awakening reveals that there is no "one" to awaken; rather, reality is already wide awake to itself. There is simply this plain, ordinary, and yet utterly astonishing spontaneous arising—an expression of the infinite. This is the awareness of oneness, which, if clearly seen, is the oneness of awareness itself. It is not you who is aware; oneness is aware. It is not an individual possession but an intrinsic quality of existence itself.

None But The One
If you perceive the source of yourself you will perceive it in everything else. And, if you perceive the source in everything else you will perceive it in yourself.

Rest in Effortless Presence
Abiding in the present moment is abiding in the presence of the moment. It is a living radiance, a vibrancy that can happen nowhere else. The only place where you will ever be alive is this present moment.

Enlightened Presence
If you want to discover “your truth”, you must first start by discovering the Truth of yourself.

Non-Attachment in Love and Grieving
In the end, practising non-attachment connects us to something greater than ourselves. It is freedom from the chains that we hold. It sounds terrifying because we only know what it is we hold on to. We only know the known. When we let go, however, we embrace the great unknown.

Contemplating Impermanence
To find the anchor in impermanence is to find the anchor of impermanence. It is to allow it completely. It is to open the palm of the hand and embrace all the wider without hesitation without grasping, without remorse, the fleeting winds of the world and stop and call them beautiful.

Touching Eternity
Awakening is just seeing what is, just as it is. And seeing that everything we need is not outside of ourselves. Awakening is waking up to this very moment, realising that all of our seeking pulls us away from what simply is. It is to wake up in this moment and see that this moment holds everything. With everything being here, there's nothing left to look for. And then we can get on with our lives, with happiness, with peace.

Ground of Being
When all fades away, what is left is the ground of being. Its ground is groundless. Its language is wordless silence. And its movement is stillness.

Understanding Through Sensation
Engage in the observation of sensations in the body without elaboration, without preference, without resistance or identification. Let them come and go with presence.

Receiving the Gift of Life
If we want to rehabilitate our minds, our bodies, our families, and our friends, it first begins with opening our hearts. Because all of those things that are so painful close the door of our hearts. And as long as the door of our heart is closed, we cannot find the compassion, the forgiveness, the acceptance to transform the suffering. As long as we close our hearts, we deny that suffering and thus live in it, unknown to ourselves.

Uncovering Identities
It doesn’t have to be mysterious; it’s actually quite simple. It’s about the space we share, this effortless presence that surrounds us. It’s a type of revealing, a kind of vulnerability, a nakedness.

What You Are Searching For Is Right Here
When you feel one thing, you feel the capacity to feel all things. When you hear one sound, you hear all sounds. It's tied to the original sound, the dawning of time and space, the dawning of the universe. When you close your eyes and look, you go back to that place as well.

Big Sky Mind
Many masters, many traditions, have proclaimed: This is it. Right in front of us. If you look for the divine up in the clouds, you would look too high. If you would look for God in holy visions, you would look too far. For all you need to do is look inside of your heart.

The Alliance of the Medicines
The Alliance is a gathering of understanding for us to do our job, to learn about the tribes, about the alliances that are already in place, the alliances with the medicines, the churches, the traditions, the schools that have been here before us, that have walked these paths. We're not the only ones to walk this way. And if we walk well in the ceremony space, and if we walk and work well with the medicine, it is because the path has been paved by others before us.

We Are Each Children
God bless the children. Let us see that we are each children in the eyes of the Mother, in the eyes of the Father—the Holy Mother, the Eternal Father.
